A Community of Practice
This is a private, professional community led by Maria, a professional educational coach who has helped IMGs get matched in Canada and U.S.A.
Our community is a support system where you can get help and feedback on your CVs, personal letters, and interviews.
You have the opportunity to post or respond to questions, as well as engage in discussions with members using our categorized forums.
*NEW features include DMs (direct messaging) to anyone enrolled in the community for 1-to-1 conversations, face-to-face meet-ups, or finding a virtual study partner.
Our peer support forum within this community provides a special space to decompress from work, life, and CaRMS. If you need some encouragement and inspiration to help you find respite during those rough patches, you will find it here.
Live Group Sessions are scheduled in blocks and by topic so that you can coordinate your agenda accordingly. Our live calls conveniently take place on Saturday evenings at 7:00 PM EDT inside the community platform! There are no distractions, ads, marketers, or trolls here. This forum works like other social media groups, except it is private and protected by a paywall.
If you can't make the live call, you can still access the replays. Recordings of live community sessions are hosted in the resource library. You will have access to them for the duration of your enrolment. 
The connections that come with membership in our community are intended to support you throughout your journey to licensure in Canada and/or beyond.

How Does the Membership Work?
Currently, the Community Membership is attached to the CaRMS Summer Mastermind Program and the 1-1 Coaching Membership with Maria.
From the date of your purchase, you have access to the Community Hub for as long as the duration of your membership enrollment period. You can join live group sessions or workshops held on Saturday evenings (EDT).
You’ll also gain access to the extensive resource library, featuring video replays and a variety of helpful learning tools to keep you informed about Canadian healthcare issues and to support you in achieving your best performance for interviews.
Check back for new offers and membership bundles. Membership adjusts to the needs of each cohort and Maria's availability.
